Sales Representative - Training Provided

Theresa Heitter - State Farm Agency in Wilmington, DE is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to join our growing team.

No insurance experience? No problem. If you're driven, competitive, and enjoy helping people, we'll provide the training, coaching, and support to help you become a licensed insurance professional.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop insurance quotes and present coverage solutions
• Make sales presentations and confidently close sales
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective customers
• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional customer service
• Identify opportunities to provide additional products and services
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to a positive team environment

What We're Looking For

• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required
• Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Must be confident prospecting, opening doors, and setting appointments from a cold start
• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
