We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapy Assistant (PTAs) in Florida to join our growing team. As a PT or PTA at Sequoia Care, you'll assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans that help residents regain movement, reduce pain, and restore independence. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to residents in senior living setting
• Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on mobility, exercise, and prevention strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Florida licensure and documentation standards

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Florida (required)
• Senior living or similar experience preferred
• Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers
• CPR certification (as required by facility or state)
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• A passion for resident-centered care and improving quality of life
