Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and coffee beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol serving regulations and policies
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service when applicable

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role
• Familiarity with POS systems, experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
• Ability to manage time effectively in busy environments while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or hospitality industry trends is advantageous
