$60,000 - $200,000 yearly

• Convert and nurture pre-qualified leads, provided daily, alongside your own pipeline

• Run listing presentations, buyer consultations, showings, and open houses

• Negotiate with clients, co-agents, lenders, and title to get deals done

• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategy, and financing options

• Hold yourself accountable to your numbers through regular coaching and weekly team meetings

• Show up for your teammates the way they show up for you

• Self-motivation and drive
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

• Active Missouri real estate license

• A proven production track record: 6+ closed transactions in the last 12 months

• Full-time commitment and a real appetite for growth

• Strong knowledge of the St. Louis market

• Organized, punctual, polished, and coachable

• Excellent communication skills and a competitive streak

• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation
