Your Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, recommend diagnostic testing, and create tailored care strategies
• Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, or chronic health issues either independently or in partnership with physicians

Educational Qualifications

Essential Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialization
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to obtain within 90 days)
