Availability / Coverage

• Start: Approximately Q4 2026
• Schedule: 35 shifts per month
• Shift Length: 24-hour, in-house shifts

Licensure & Certification Requirements

• Board Certified in Neonatology REQUIRED
• Missouri Medical License REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year of post-fellowship clinical experience REQUIRED
• Recent Neonatology experience within the past 12 months REQUIRED
• Must have been clinically active within the past 1 year REQUIRED

Clinical Role

• Provide 24-hour, in-house Neonatology coverage
• Work alongside a team of Board Certified Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Comprehensive neonatal care across multiple NICU settings
• Advanced ventilator support available

• 49-bed Level IIIB NICU
  • Regional perinatal referral center
  • iNO
  • HFOV
  • HFJV
  • Therapeutic hypothermia
  • ELGAN program caring for infants as young as 22 weeks gestation
  • 450+ annual admissions
  • Average Daily Census: 30
  • In-house Neonatologist coverage
  • NNPs in-house 24/7
• 15-bed Level IIIA NICU
• Level II NICU
  • Growing unit
  • Well-baby care also provided
  • NNPs in-house 24/7
  • Out-of-house physician coverage
