Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced DocuSign/eSignature Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise-wide digital signature solutions using DocuSign CLM, eSignature, and Agreement Lifecycle Management platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong business process understanding, stakeholder engagement skills, and experience integrating DocuSign solutions with enterprise applications. Business Analysis experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to digital agreement and signature processes.

Configure and customize DocuSign eSignature, CLM, Forms, Workflows, and Templates.

Design agreement lifecycle workflows to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, legal, compliance, and technology teams.

Integrate DocuSign solutions with CRM, ERP, HR, and other enterprise platforms.

Perform requirement analysis, gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment support.

Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.

Support production issues, enhancements, and platform upgrades.

Conduct user training and business adoption activities.
