The team currently consists of 10 providers, 2 nurse practitioners, 1 dietitian and 2 registered nurses. This position will be responsible for delivering professional care to patients in an inpatient setting. As part of the patient care team, this position is responsible for providing optimal patient care through effective clinical practice; education of the patient, patient’s family, clinical staff, and others; consultation with other healthcare providers; and maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes.
