Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 2+ years in supervision or leadership
• Strong manufacturing industry background, with expertise in standard costing, inventory, and cost accounting
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably manufacturing-specific platforms
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments
• Familiarity with cost control and process improvement initiatives
• Leadership experience in a fast-growing manufacturing setting

Preferred Education and Experience:
