Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $16.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM | $17.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | $17.50/hour

As a Reach Truck Operator in Fort Mill, you'll operate the reach truck with precision and pride. Every move keeps the warehouse flowing, the racks stacked right, and the freight moving fast. Skill, focus, and hustle make all the difference here. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required (Reach Truck experience preferred)
• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to bend, kneel, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed

Job Duties

• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse using manual equipment and powered industrial trucks, including reach trucks
• Stack merchandise safely onto pallets and in designated storage locations
• Label materials accurately and verify product identification
• Prepare shipments using shrink wrap and strapping to secure materials for transport
• Perform quality inspections and complete required documentation
• Assist with inventory control, including annual physical inventory counts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area through daily housekeeping
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and operating procedures
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors or management
