Key Responsibilities Clean and reset guest rooms to brand standard: make beds, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize bathrooms. Replace linens and terry; restock amenities, collateral, and minibar (if applicable). Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report via work order system. Follow infection‑control, chemical, and OSHA standards for safe room turnover. Secure guest property, follow lost & found procedures, and respect privacy/do-not-disturb policies. Meet productivity and quality inspection goals per shift. Qualifications Previous hotel room attendant experience preferred; brand standards familiarity a plus. Consistent attention to detail and time management in fast‑paced settings. Ability to bend, reach, and stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 30–40 lbs.
