As a Front Desk Security Officer at a healthcare location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for employees, visitors, and patients. You will manage access, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and reception protocols at a healthcare location. Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and authorization as required, and maintain accurate visitor logs and/or sign-in records. Monitor entry activity, respond to access concerns, and communicate security-related issues or unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Answer telephone calls, provide general information and directions, and support a professional, welcoming front-desk environment. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least one year of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
