LPN PositionThe LPN provides nursing care for patients, cooperatively with ancillary nursing personnel and their patient team members in maintaining standards of care in the clinical setting utilizing the nursing process.Key Responsibilities:Responds to emergencies and monitors patient conditionsPerforms timely assessments and documents care accuratelyFollows physician orders and nursing protocolsCoordinates with care team and maintains patient hygienePrioritizes tasks and ensures patient safetyCompletes documentation and shift reports per standardsQualifications:Current licensure by the Louisiana Practical Board of Nursing is required.
