Salary Range:

• Really depends on years of relevant experience and the billable hours you choose. Could range from $100,000 to $250,000.
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience of work focused on California employment law, including experience handling civil litigation.
• Strong legal research and computer skills.
• Strong analytic, strategic, and creative thinking.
• Positive attitude, superior attention to detail, and common sense.
• Effective organization and prioritization skills that allow you to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
