Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (or until daily job duties are completed)

Must Have:

• 1+ year of siding installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What You'll Do

As a Residential Construction Service Technician , you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing exterior home products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve service issues related to siding, windows, and doors
• Perform repairs at customer homes and company facilities
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of installation and product concerns
• Clearly communicate repair solutions and recommendations to homeowners
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete repairs efficiently
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of siding installation experience
• Minimum 2 years of service technician experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of siding , windows , doors, and related installation methods
• Ability to diagnose issues based on customer descriptions and field observations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Construction , remodeling , or exterior home improvement experience
