Restaurant District Manager

A rapidly growing restaurant organization is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations within an established market. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing high-performing teams, and has a passion for driving operational excellence and profitability.

The ideal candidate is a strong coach, mentor, and business leader with a proven track record of managing multiple locations, developing talent, and achieving financial results.

District Manager Responsibilities

Lead operations for multiple restaurant locations
Drive sales, profitability, and performance
Coach and develop Restaurant Managers
Ensure execution of brand standards
Monitor labor, food, and operating costs
Identify and resolve operational challenges
Support recruiting, training, and team development

District Manager Requirements

Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
Strong P&L management skills
Proven team development background
Experience coaching restaurant management teams
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to drive operational consistency
Drive-thru experience required
