We operate from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule for our team members.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Physical Therapist at Triumph and Wellness, your daily responsibilities will include:Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual patient needs and goals.Providing hands-on care using a variety of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.Managing a reasonable caseload of patients, allowing for personalized attention and effective rehabilitation practices.Designing and implementing individualized exercise programs that promote physical improvements and recovery.Utilizing evidence-based treatment strategies, including functional training and movement analysis, to enhance patient outcomes.Documenting all patient interactions and progress accurately using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for streamlined patient records management.Collaborating closely with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and fitness trainers.Regularly monitoring and evaluating patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery levels.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will work primarily with an outpatient clientele, including athletes and everyday individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions seeking to enhance strength, flexibility, and mobility. Our patient demographic values non-invasive treatment options, and your approach will support their preference for minimizing reliance on medications or surgeries.QualificationsTo be considered for this position, candidates must possess:A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey with a clean record devoid of any sanctions or board proceedings.Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions.Experience with EMR systems, preferably using Web PT, to maintain accurate clinical documentation.A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current trends and research in physical therapy.Preferred ExperienceIdeal candidates will have prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting, especially those extensive in orthopedic care. Familiarity with sports rehabilitation or performance enhancement techniques will be highly regarded. A proven record of successful patient outcomes and innovative treatment approaches will strengthen your application.Compensation and BenefitsThe position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
