Job DescriptionPerform quantitative and qualitative analysis to underwrite investment opportunities across PEJCAssist in the preparation of internal memoranda and other materials used to support investment recommendations and to communicate with internal constituents Assist with monitoring the performance of existing portfolio investments, including regular communication with private equity firms, management teams and third-party clients Develop and manage relationships with private equity firms and other intermediaries to generate investment deal flowParticipate in due diligence meetings with sponsors and portfolio company executives Key Responsibilities and DutiesBachelor’s degree in relevant field 1 - 4 years of relevant experience including a private equity fund, hedge fund, investment bank, consulting firm, or a related capital markets positionCapital markets structuring experience with a preference for a background in private equity, mezzanine finance, leveraged loans, equity research, secondaries, or M&A Demonstrated experience developing and using financial statement analysis and financial modeling Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required Strong knowledge of accounting and finance Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills Willingness to work hard in a team-oriented, performance-based environment A self-starter that requires limited oversight in the completion of individual projects Educational RequirementsUniversity (Degree) PreferredWork Experience2+ Years Required; 3+ Years PreferredPhysical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary WorkCareer Level 6ICBase Salary Range: $110,000- $150,000Related SkillsAnalytical Skills, Business Development, Communication, Contract Management, Due Diligence, Financial Modeling, Investment Research/Analysis, Investor Relationship Management, Negotiation, Portfolio Construction, Portfolio Management, Private Equity InvestmentsAnticipated Posting End Date:2026-11-09Base Pay Range: $121,000/yr - $183,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
