Facilities Technician

Position Hours Monday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. Tuesday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. Wednesday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. Thursday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. Friday: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm. Job Summary To fix, repair, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical throughout CHC buildings. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Some trade school preferred. Experience Minimum of 1-year related work experience required. Healthcare experience preferred. Certification / Licensure Current and valid State of Florida driver’s license required. Special Skills Ability to show courtesy and respect to all customers, internal and external. Ability to be a team player. Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and good judgment skills. Good oral and written communications skills. Must have general mathematical skills. Knowledge on reading and using a ruler and or other measuring tools. Must have basic computer skills to include ability to utilize the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and multimedia.
