We provide the products and services necessary for fund sponsors to focus on investing while we protect their business interests and minimize risks.As a Transfer Agent, we act as liaison and provide service to over 200 mutual fund companies and their shareholders. Efficient and detail oriented individuals will be able to showcase their talents and develop long lasting relationships through excellent verbal, and written communications.Job Description:Maintain, update, and administer the internal mutual fund application (FundSource), ensuring accurate and timely data is available for customer processing and servicingReview and interpret fund literature to support routine audits and the setup of new mutual funds, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with operational standardsManage and update information for both standard and complex fund families, applying strong attention to detail and sound judgmentProcess and complete requests received through a shared team mailbox within required turnaround times (typically next business day), including:Uploading and organizing documentationInterpreting and entering fund data into systemsApplying established department standards and controlsReview, verify, and approve work completed by team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with proceduresEffectively prioritize daily workload to meet established performance expectations and deadlinesLead and support projects focused on enhancing FundSource, including adding new data and performing cross-fund auditsServe as a reviewer and contributor in maintaining and updating team procedures, work instructions, and toolsParticipate in initiatives that promote continuous improvement, operational risk awareness, and process efficiencyActively contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on employee engagement and high-quality service deliveryPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceOne to two years of direct experience, or three to five years of related experiencePreferred Skills/Experience:Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applicationsIntermediate knowledge in the Mutual Fund Industry.Minimum of two years' experience in Mutual Fund Operations.Ability to research and analyze information.Established interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.Ability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment with minimal supervision.Ability to work as part of a project/teamExperience with creating electronic files, converting documents to .pdf file formats, uploading documents and document scanning.The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
