Work Hours: 40 hrs./week Work site: 100% Onsite.
Location: 65 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401
Job Duration: 6 Months Closing: 05/23/2026.
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience
- At least one year of relevant experience
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following:
- Using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Forms.
- Using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms for providing virtual services. Managing multiple tasks
- Ability to meet required timelines and prioritize duties to meet those timelines Ability to process applications, register and review for completion
- Ability to learn specific computer programs specific to ACCES-VR Duties, include but not limited to:
- Handling folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets) Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing)
- Data entry
- Emailing, scanning and faxing duties Reception desk coverage Processing mail
- Corresponding with and answering customer questions Scheduling appointments
Preferred Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs quickly.
Miscellaneous Information:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM- 5 PM
- Free parking on site available
- Public bus stops within a block of the office for convenient transportation.
- Interviews will be conducted in person
- Training will be provided
