Como Lder de Grupo Arboristas, sers un miembro integral del equipo, sirviendo como lder de una cuadrilla de cuidado de rboles con la responsabilidad principal de realizar todos los servicios de cuidado de rboles de manera segura y eficiente. Como Lder de Grupo Arborista, desempear un papel importante en:

Realizar y supervisar con seguridad todos los aspectos de la arboricultura, incluyendo:

Poda
Cableado y apuntalamiento
Aparejos
Mudanzas
Mantener y manejar correctamente los equipos (herramientas manuales, motosierras, astilladoras y elevadores areos)

Llevar una actitud cooperativa y entusiasta al lugar de trabajo
Supervisar y dirigir las cuadrillas mientras se realizan los servicios de cuidado de los rboles, segn las indicaciones del representante de los arboristas y del gerente local
Garantizar que cada miembro de la tripulacin reciba la formacin adecuada para cada tarea designada
Garantizar que todos los trabajos de arboricultura se realicen de acuerdo con las normas del sector y de la empresa
Comunicarse, responder a las preguntas y establecer relaciones con los clientes

Cualificaciones:

Pasin por la naturaleza, el medio ambiente y el aire libre
Ser capaz de aprobar una verificacin de antecedentes penales
Al menos tres (3) aos de experiencia en escalada de rboles (DdRT o SRT) y elevacin area en la industria del cuidado de rboles
Licencia de conducir vlida y registro de vehculos de motor limpio (Clase B CDL preferido)
Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre durante todo el ao en cualquier condicin climtica
Iniciativa probada, actitud positiva, orientacin al equipo y automotivacin
