Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2+ years of current ICU experience required License: New Hampshire RN license or Compact required Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS required Active American Heart Association ACLS required National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required Must-Have: EPIC experience required Arterial Line experience required Proficient with IV Drips, Ventilators, Hemodynamic Monitoring, and Vaso Pressures Charge and preceptor abilities preferred Traveler must have their own vehicle Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. The RN will work 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. The RN will be responsible for caring for a patient population ranging from adolescent to geriatric. The patient to nurse ratio is 2 to 1. The RN may float to the Progressive Care Unit as needed. All medical compliance items must be completed promptly. Requested time off must be noted at the time of submission. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Every other weekend and holidays will be required as needed.
