Description Front of House Supervisor We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate front of house staff, including, to ensure smooth daily operations Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience Monitor service quality and provide ongoing training and support to staff Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the front of house area Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Uphold company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in hospitality management or customer service roles Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of reservation systems and POS software Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus Join our vibrant team where we value dedication, teamwork, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
