Hospital Throughput & Discharge Optimization Coordinator
Inhospital Physicians
Inhospital Physicians is seeking a Clinical Optimization Coordinator to support Hospital Medicine and Emergency Medicine programs across Hemet, CA and surrounding coverage areas. The role focuses on improving patient throughput, LOS, discharge efficiency, and coordination of multidisciplinary rounds with HM/EM teams. The position is primarily on-site with travel between Hemet, Menifee and Victorville, requiring strong data analysis, dashboards, and collaboration with medical directors, nursing #J-18808-Ljbffr Inhospital Physicians
