Pulmonary Critical Care Physician – Dallas, TX Level 1 Trauma Center Baylor University Medical Center Urgent Surgery Associates and North Texas Critical Care Associates are proud to offer an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Surgical Critical Care Physician to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team in Dallas, TX. Our well-established group includes board‑certified experts in Surgical, Pulmonary, Anesthesia, and Emergency Medicine Critical Care, along with highly skilled Advanced Practice Providers. Together, we deliver high‑acuity, compassionate care across a broad spectrum of surgical patients. Our team manages complex cases in surgical ICUs, including trauma, general surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, solid organ transplants (heart, lung, liver, kidney), ECMO, E‑CPR, VAD, and other critical surgical conditions. Baylor University Medical Center – Level 1 Trauma Center (Dallas, TX) Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Level III Trauma Center (Fort Worth, TX) We are deeply committed to medical education and actively involved in training residents and fellows at both institutions. Position Highlights / Criteria Full‑time role: 14 shifts per month (12‑hour shifts) with flexible scheduling Position open to Board‑Certified Physicians in General Surgery, Pulmonary Medicine, Anesthesia, or Emergency Medicine with Critical Care Fellowship training Experience with ECMO and E‑CPR preferred Must have significant experience in the Cardiothoracic ICU including experience with LVAD and other mechanical cardiac support devices Compensation & Benefits Attractive salary with productivity and quarterly bonuses Paid malpractice insurance $5,000 annual CME allowance Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability Safe Harbor 401(k) with matching No state income tax in Texas Why Dallas?
