Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) - Chicago (WL) Department: Occupational Therapy Full Time Chicago, Illinois, United States - 60607 Description Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) at Eyas Landing, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through: Providing individualized therapy Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-6:30pm and Friday, 9-5:30pm Location: 1409 W.
