Associate Attorney - Family Law

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients while thriving in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

You will independently manage family law matters from initial consultation through final resolution, including:

· Conduct client consultations and develop legal strategies

· Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and correspondence

· Negotiate settlements

· Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials

· Maintain proactive communication with clients and team members

· Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to provide exceptional client service

· Build and maintain a personal book of business while contributing to the continued growth of the firm

The ideal candidate will have:

· Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and in good standing

· Experience handling family law matters from consultation through resolution

· An existing family law book of business (preferred)

· Strong courtroom and negotiation skills

· Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills

· Exceptional attention to detail

· A compassionate, empathetic approach to client service
