We are looking for an immigration attorney to join a growing legal team in Spring, Texas. This role focuses on courtroom advocacy, case strategy, and direct client guidance across a broad range of immigration matters. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage active files with a high level of care and professionalism.Responsibilities:• Advocate for clients in Immigration Court proceedings, including preliminary hearings, merits hearings, bond matters, and removal-related appearances.• Oversee affirmative immigration cases by developing strategy, preparing submissions, and guiding matters through agency review.• Draft, assemble, and submit petitions, applications, motions, and supporting evidence with accuracy and attention to deadlines.• Support immigration-related federal court matters, including habeas actions, when case needs require litigation involvement.• Manage a varied caseload that may include asylum, adjustment of status, naturalization, family-based filings, waivers, and other humanitarian remedies.• Prepare clients and witnesses for interviews and hearings by explaining procedures, reviewing testimony, and strengthening case readiness.• Partner closely with paralegals and legal support staff to keep files organized and deliver responsive service to clients.• Maintain regular communication with clients while tracking filing deadlines and advancing matters efficiently in a fast-paced practice.
