You Will Perform a variety of tasks involving operation of mammographic equipment and other devices, adhering to established company policies and protocols. Produce high‑quality diagnostic images in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care. Use compression, exposure modes, filters, kVp, MAs, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC selection, photo‑cell selection, and other variables to produce high‑quality images. Monitor patients’ well‑being during exams; recognize discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action. Guide patients through the process by kindly explaining steps and answering questions or concerns about exam procedures. Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients. Demonstrate competency in safeguarding patient property and Protected Health Information. Safeguard on‑site medications according to company policies and legal requirements. Respect company property, including cash and patient financial information on the site. Exhibit professional behavior toward patients and coworkers, responding promptly to others’ needs. Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions. Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting. Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships. You Are Genuinely passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgment, remaining professional in all situations. To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have ARRT(R)(M) certification State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Current BLS certification At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
