This position does require occasional afternoon shifts to cover delivery routes in the case that a courier is out sick or on vacation. The route will be rotated amongst all logistic clerks. There may also be daily driving for about two hours picking up and dropping off parts.

 
Job Description:
We need an individual who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and can work in a high-speed, team environment. We provide the training needed to succeed in this position. You will be helping technicians in finalizing Customer repairs by providing them with the required parts, tools, and feedback.

• Inventory all goods, including sorting, counting, and organizing, and account for the loss.
• Coordinate transfers in and out of the warehouse, tracking all movements.
• Document incoming and outgoing shipments and update stock records to ensure the availability of items.
• Maintain and document equipment, security, and safety information.
• Pull parts against orders and pack them for delivery.
• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to technicians/ warehouse in a safe, timely manner.
• Serve as a driver to drop off/ pick up parts.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Clean and organize warehouse, equipment, and items in stock.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• English (preferred).
• Able to use a computer to input data.
• Ability to multi-task and provide simultaneous support to multiple parties (Dispatch, Parts Department, Technicians, etc.). Ability to elicit support from peers, even those who are not direct reports.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended time.
• Minimum Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Organizational skills when arranging and cleaning.
