The Geneva Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a healthcare company dedicated to providing top-notch care to our patients. With a passion for delivering exceptional service, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for all our residents.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis for a night shift position from 6 PM to 6:30 AM. As a Registered Nurse at Geneva Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
- Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
- Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
- Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
