General Maintenance Technician

Trade Management is seeking General Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep facilities operating safely and efficiently.
General Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: pay based on experience 20-25
Schedule:
Trade Management is seeking General Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep facilities operating safely and efficiently.
General Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Repair and replace fixtures, outlets, switches, and lighting
- Complete drywall, ceiling tile, and door hardware repairs
- Perform routine building inspections and report findings
- Complete work orders and document completed work
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot facility maintenance issues
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Must be able to use hand and power tools safely
- Must be willing to work various shifts as needed
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: pay based on experience 20-25
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime as needed
