Knowledge Services is seeking an Eligibility Specialist located on-site in Marion, IN. This role involves processing applications, managing case maintenance, and assisting clients via inbound calls regarding Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF programs. Successful candidates will have a High School Diploma and preferably experience in social services or Indiana Eligibility.
