ROI Project Manager (Professional Services)

As a Project Manager at ROI, you are a key member of the account team(s), dedicated to supporting client success through effective project planning, coordination and execution. In this role, you are responsible for managing client engagements from start to finish, including timelines, resources, deliverables and stakeholder communication. You may also provide project management support for internal initiatives that advance ROI’s business priorities and operations.

Support client engagement success and internal initiatives by:

• providing end-to-end project management across multiple concurrent projects, including developing project plans and timelines, coordinating resources and meetings, managing schedules and hours, tracking deliverables, and partnering with client and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment, manage expectations, and ensure quality, on-time delivery.
• identifying project risks, issues, dependencies and potential roadblocks and proactively developing solutions.
• establishing clear roles, responsibilities, milestones, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• facilitating project meetings and ensuring decisions, action items and next steps are clearly documented and communicated.
• monitoring project progress and partnering with client and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment, manage expectations, and proactively communicate changes, risks or decisions that may impact scope, timing, budget or delivery.
• coordinating multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and deadlines.
• providing project management support for internal initiatives, including coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• maintaining accurate project documentation and information in project management and business systems.
• supporting project forecasting, resource planning, and other professional services operational activities.
• conducting project closeouts and identifying lessons learned and opportunities to improve future delivery.
• contributing to the development and continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.

Bachelor's degree (four-year college or technical school) required

Project management certification, such as PMP, CAPM or equivalent preferred

4+ years managing complex projects from initiation through completion
3+ years in professional services or client-facing environment preferred
Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at multiple levels

Experience managing multiple concurrent clients and/or internal projects

Experience in event project management and design/creative project management and deliverables a plus.

Proficient in project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, or equivalent ; collaboration and productivity suites including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote) and/or Google Workspace ; and business communication tools such as Zoom . Ability to learn new technology applications quickly.

Demonstrated experience using AI tools and assistants (such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or ChatGPT ) to enhance project management workflows — including drafting and refining communications and deliverables, generating meeting summaries and action items, synthesizing information, and automating routine tasks. Comfortable using AI-native features within project management platforms (e.g., AI-generated timelines, status reports, or risk flags). Able to evaluate AI output critically, apply sound judgment, and adapt prompts to get accurate, useful results.

The expected salary range for this role is $80,000–$110,000 annually . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications.
