2nd shift Assembly

We are looking for 2nd shift assembly workers for Jost. This is 2:00pm – 10:00pm. Pay is $20.50/hr. You must have a steady work history with a manufacturing background. You will be assembling heavy‑duty commercial vehicle components. This role operates in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and relies heavily on adhering to strict quality, safety, and standardized work instructions. You will train on 1st shift from 6am‑2pm at $19/hr for about 3‑4 weeks before moving to 2nd shift. Salary range: $19 – $20.50 per hour Shift: Second Work hours: 2 PM – 10 PM Education: High School Responsibilities Technical Skills: Ability to work accurately and safely with manual hand tools, mechanical power tools, and various production equipment. Aptitude: Mechanically inclined; ability to quickly learn the company's product lines and kitting processes. Communication: Good reading, writing, and team communication skills. Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and twist for the duration of a shift in a production plant setting. Ability to regularly lift, pull, or move objects weighing up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.
