Project Manager, Field Team

Lead healthcare facility outfitting or construction projects Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution Manage contracts, drawings, RFIs, change orders, and scope impacts with the government Coordinate onsite installations and key project milestones Lead designers, subcontractors, and vendors in a deadline-driven environment Oversee or support field safety compliance and QASP/3-phase quality control processes Estimate and manage self-performed and subcontracted work activities Perform 50%+ travel to support onsite execution Follow job-related instructions and perform additional responsibilities requested by the supervisor Requirements Prior experience managing federal or military healthcare projects under USACE, VA, or DHA oversight is preferred Proven ability to write, negotiate, and manage contracts Ability to read and redline drawings Proficiency with Procore, ProContractor, Audaxware, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Willingness to travel 50%+ and support onsite execution when required Familiarity with FAR clauses, small business subcontracting plans, and payment application workflows (WAWF, IPP) Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access) Experience with scheduling software (Primavera and/or MS Project) Federal contracting experience is required Experience in and ability to utilize the 3-phase inspection program Broad-based architectural, engineering, and construction principles Must be able to pass a background check Must have a B.S. degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, or 10 years of direct experience Minimum 10 years of construction supervisory experience, including at least 3 years as a project manager or superintendent on similar projects EIT is preferred but not a requirement Professional credential: Engineer in Training (EIT) or Associate Constructor (AC) in good standing Effective written and spoken English communication Working knowledge of architectural, mechanical, and heavy civil work High proficiency with spreadsheets, email, and construction-industry software Current
