Responsibilities Manage a docket of workers compensation claims from initial filing through resolution Conduct hearings, mediations, depositions, and negotiations Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement documents Maintain consistent client communication and ensure cases move efficiently Qualifications Minimum of three years of workers compensation experience Strong litigation and hearing experience Excellent writing, communication, and client management skills Active bar license in good standing Interested in hearing more?
