We Are Hiring Location: Manhattan, KS Facility Name: Ascension Via Christi Occupational Health Center Schedule: Full-time | 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday What You Will Do This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join an employed full-time position within our Occupational Health Team, providing services at the Manhattan Occupational Health Clinic with cross-coverage at the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF). Specialty: Occupational Health Call structure: NBAF call only Practice setting: Occupational Health Clinic and NBAF EMR System: Systoc Employed position within a nonprofit health system Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration Provide high-quality occupational health services to the Manhattan community and NBAF employees, researchers, maintenance, and animal handlers Evaluate, diagnose, and manage work-related illnesses and injuries Perform preventative health assessments, screenings, and immunizations Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation About the Facility Manhattan Occupational Health Clinic Integrated referral network Strategic partnership with the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) Part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system Why Providers Choose Ascension Physician-led, collaborative culture Long-term practice stability National network with local autonomy Mission-centered care rooted in service What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certified Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing preferred. Education: Master's degree of Nursing required.
