Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing tailored insurance solutions Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking Educate clients on various insurance products including auto, home, life, and health insurance Maintain compliance with all State Farm policies and state insurance regulations Work closely with agency leadership to learn the operational aspects of running a successful insurance agency Participate in ongoing training and development programs designed to prepare you for future agency ownership Qualifications Will need to get Property and Casualty Licensed ASAP!
