We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Full-Time Shipping & Receiving Parts Associate to join our Parts Department!

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Parts Department, you'll play an important role in keeping our dealership operating efficiently.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming automotive parts shipments.
• Verify shipments against invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect parts.
• Organize, label, stock, and maintain parts inventory.
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing parts orders and returns.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with Parts Advisors, technicians, and other dealership departments to ensure timely parts availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and parts storage area.
• Follow dealership procedures for inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Assist the Parts Department with additional duties as needed.

Previous automotive parts, warehouse, inventory, or shipping and receiving experience is preferred, but we're happy to consider candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.

Porsche experience is not required! We're looking for the right person with the right attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $20.00 | Full-Time Position

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Larson Automotive Group offers a combined Paid Time Off (PTO) program that includes Washington State-required paid sick leave. PTO is accrued based on physical hours worked, with accrual rates increasing based on length of employment.

Our combined PTO program provides time off for vacation, personal needs, illness, and other qualifying reasons under Washington State law.

PTO accrual, use, and carryover are administered in accordance with company policy and applicable Washington State paid sick leave requirements.

Paid Holidays: Eligible employees receive six company-observed paid holidays, subject to company policy.
