Youth Support Specialist: Empower Kids & Families
AccessCNY, Inc.
AccessCNY, Inc. in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Youth Specialist to provide person-centered services to children enrolled in HCBS and OPWDD programs. You will support daily living activities, implement behavioral plans, and help families engage with community resources. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
