Base pay range $165,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr Description The Treasurer will manage financial assets, oversee cash flow, and ensure the company's financial stability. This role requires expertise in financial strategies and collaboration with the Accounting & Finance team. The company is a $1B+ organization in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry. It is committed to providing high-quality products and maintaining a robust financial structure to support its operations and growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow and asset management. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions. Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to prepare accurate financial reports. Provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership for financial decision-making. Profile A successful Treasurer should have: Strong knowledge of financial management, including cash flow and asset management. Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred but not required. Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights. Strong collaboration skills with Accounting & Finance teams and executive leadership. Thorough understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements. Job Offer Standard benefits package.
