Back of the House / Kitchen Team Member Our Back of House team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality meals by preparing hot and cold dishes according to established recipes and menu standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and portion standards Inspect kitchen surfaces to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment Properly store, label, date, and rotate food items Maintain organized food storage and kitchen equipment Monitor portions and assist with inventory management Collaborate with supervisors on prep planning, cost considerations, and special events Qualifications Prior kitchen experience preferred (we will train the right candidate) Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more Able to stand and walk for extended periods Capable of bending, kneeling, and lifting trays overhead Location - Tuscaloosa, AL - AL - 5535 15th Ave E #J-18808-Ljbffr
