Assistant Manager

Role: Assistant Manager responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities Complete all required training programs, including management and food safety certifications. Enhance guest experiences by coaching team members and ensuring excellent service. Schedule, delegate, and supervise shift activities, maintaining operational standards. Lead, develop, and motivate team members to meet performance and quarterly goals. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and legal requirements. Handle guest and employee concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records and utilize management tools effectively. Support a positive team culture through recognition and leadership by example. Qualifications & Skills Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and open availability. 1-3 years management experience, preferably in restaurants. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 pounds and operating restaurant equipment safely. Ability to communicate effectively and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Successful background check required.
