Claims Recovery Specialist

This is a fully trainable position; no prior experience needed! Wilber is looking for professional individuals to join our claims recovery team. Our full-time in-office collectors start at $18.20 an hour ($19.20 if Bilingual in Spanish) plus uncapped commission. Our training team intentionally builds up great collectors through teachings, hands on training, engaging games, side-by-sides, and so much more! • High School Diploma or GED (Required)

What will you do?

• Multi-task across different technical platforms within a fast-paced call center environment.
• Manage day-to-day office operations.
• Make outbound calls to customers/debtor informing of claim filed against them.
• Negotiate repayment and financial plans to recover assets for clients.
• Maintain office policies and procedures.

Nice to Have but NOT Needed

• Previous contact center experience
• Customer service experience
• Previous accounts receivable or collections experience
• Sales experience
