The Opportunity In this role you will: Assistin creating reports and technical documents Enteraccuratemeta-data to electronic records tofacilitateeasy search and retrieval Implement trackers tomonitorclose out of proprietor actions Manage and control information circulation Set up an efficient document management system Support the quality & document control team to meet objectives Update,maintain,archiveand retrieve procedures, registers,trackersand databases We would love to hear from you if you: Have experience in a similar document management role Have experience in Aconex andSharepointwhich are critical for this role Enjoy managinga large rangeof information Have excellent Excel andPowerpointskills Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
