Part Lab Technician (Day)

Job Purpose We are currently seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our fun and fast‑paced printed circuit board manufacturing environment. Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities Perform thermal TMA, DSC, and TGA analysis, elongation and tensile tests, and other tests per IPC test methods. Assist engineers with PCB/PCBA sample preparation (cutting, cross‑sectioning, imaging, dye/pry, etc.) for failure analysis, and requested board sectioning from customers; attention to detail is required in a fast‑paced environment. Basic troubleshooting of board open/short, and thermal imaging. Other lab assignments as needed. Education And Experience Minimum 1 year of related experience in a FA lab. Two‑year degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science or a related field preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered. Familiarity with PCB and PCBA products. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and availability for overtime. Strong attention to detail and quality focus. Good verbal and communication skills.
