As a Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, personalized care to our clients. Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to provide high-quality care to our clients in Apache Junction, AZ. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering dignified support to seniors and veterans, and will be committed to our organization's values of professionalism, warmth, and compassion. Responsibilities: Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry Assist with medication management and self-care routines Companion with clients, engaging in activities and conversations to promote mental and emotional well-being Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or scheduler Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required 1 year of experience in home care or a related field preferred Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to clients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable) What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $16 - $18 per hour Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and veterans Comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure success in your role A dynamic and supportive work environment that values teamwork and collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr
