More about our team Join our team in a Critical Care Unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs). You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. A Registered Nurse (RN)who excels in this role: Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs Identifiesand initiatesappropriate nursinginterventions Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient PerformstimelyandaccurateQI assessments Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. Assistspatients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
